January, 2007 - My adventure started when I responded to a phone call. "Hello, my name is Gord Moman" said the man on the other end. "Have you thought of selling your home?" I looked around at the boxes I was forever tripping over knowing we had outgrown our home prior to purchasing it and it was just getting worse.."Every single day," I responded.

Through further discussion Gord found out that I had anticipated placing my home on the market next spring, and "why was that?" he would ask me...

I agreed to meet with him, although I was certain I knew the market far better than he did, and hey, if he wanted to waste his time, WHY NOT??? I had no obligations, and he was bringing Tim Horton's coffee!

We met and agreed to sell our property, far higher than I had thought possible, (don't forget, I knew better) and had discussed the ideal home for my family, and of course, what compromises we were willing to make to achieve it. He left confident that he could achieve these expectations and I closed the door, turned to my husband and said, "I really don't think he knows what he is doing, this is just not going to happen, but let's just play along" and that is what we did...

When we accepted the offer on our first home, I was still holding the trump card, Gord had to find us another home now.. within our budget, and what we wanted.... hmm...

When all was said and done, the shock that Gord Moman had proved me wrong, so terribly wrong, and that I now had my dream home was overwhelming.

Gord Moman was right in more ways than one. The timing for my family was perfect. My father was ill; however, less than a week before he passed he was able to come to my home and give his approval. If we had done this any other way, things just would not have worked out so perfectly.

Gord, I will never be able to express the sincere gratitude that I have for all you have done. We are truly happy here.

March 2008 - On our first meeting with Gord Moman, he promised to "WOW" us. We don't WOW easily so this was a tall order. Gord arrived with a complete market strategy on how to sell our house for the price and in the time frame we wanted. For the next week Gord went beyond our expectations.

Gord prepared gorgeous pictures of our home, he provided a decorator to "stage" our home, and invited all of our neighbours to our open house. In addition to this he advertised our home in a wide variety of places to give our home as much exposure as possible. The REAL Pros Group even shoveled our driveway when we were snowed in. This was not expected and was thoroughly appreciated because my wife is pregnant and she needed to use the car that day.

We're sure our list would be longer with all the great things Gord did except that our house was sold within that week. So yes, we where "Wowed" and have already and will again recommend Gord to anyone considering selling their home!

March 2008 - In my hunt for a realtor, I expected to find a salesperson whose character resembled that of a sly shark! Then, a pleasant surprise came….Gord Moman. As the process of listing the home began, I became very confident because Gord answered all of my questions. Gord even set-up my own personal website which allowed me to access all of the marketing information and read the feedback from potential buyers.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the timing of selling the house needed to be postponed. Going beyond the call of a realtor, Gord took the time and initiative to help me find a renter for the suite downstairs. I still can't believe it. That's definately some of the “WOW” factor that he said he'd provide me ... lots of pleasant surprises. The "WOW" factor Gord gave was not only to selling the house but applied to his whole principles and true desire for a client's best interest. January 2007 - After 22 years in the same home, the kids gone, my husband and I decided it was time to downsize and buy a new home. We had the extreme good fortune to be introduced to Darren Revell, which made the idea of selling and buying less stressful and difficult.
